Hi folks. My name is Todd and I live in North Central WV. My wife and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary in May and as our gift to one another we purchased a Big Green Egg XL. Among all the other things I have been using it for I've also started dabbling into smoking. I found this site while looking for information on making beef jerky. That's about it for now. I will be asking questions shortly!
