Way to go on the roast and then busting up some fine looking dips with leftovers.
I grew up eating leftovers and hated it until I learned how to [cook] and also repurpose them. Sometimes now, my best dishes come from leftoververs.
 
Looks pretty freakin' good to me!! Beautiful job. I'm betting that at 300* it didn't take long to cook.

Is that still available?? I love that spice, dirt, rub, whatever you call it. It makes the best wings... Gotta order some if I can find it.
