It's a new year and time to make new smoke. I'am starting off the year making beef jerky. It is in my homemade smoker and slowly driying so that i can send the smoke to it. Will post pics as warranted.

Looks like you're on your way to what may be a tasty chew. It's all good my friend. 
 
I use homemade only, I dont like a lot of salt and it seems that in all store brands the main ingrediant is salt.
