Hello all,

My name is Joe.  I'm an independent insurance agent in Western PA who has just started to get into smoke a bit over the past year and a half.  I have been reading and picking up tips all over the place.  This forum seems to be one of the best places I have found to get tips and share ideas.  Yesterday I used the advice from a few different posts on here to smoke up some chicken wings for the Steelers game.  I took a few pictures and figured I would share my results.  I'll be posting them in the chicken section next.  I know you like all members to check into roll call first to introduce themselves so, here I am.

Fall and Spring are the times my smoker gets used the most.  I boat in the summer and snow ski in the winter so I'm not home with the amount of time needed to use my smoker to it's best at those times.  I look forward to smoking more as the years go on.  Got a cold smoker on my Christmas wish list.  Hope I've been a good enough boy to get it.

Thanks for having me and keep on smoking!

Joe
