Good afternoon and welcome to the forum from a cloudy and chilly day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of          great people with tons of information on just about everything.

I'm Old School, be glad to help

throw away all the fancy toys no matter what your  cooking , old school is simply

 heat

smoke

time

thats the only variables there are the old school way

people have been making some fine BBQ since the caveman days using this old time proven method  (  with a LOT less screw ups )
