New Vacmaster

The Vacmaster arrived today, just in time to seal a Pancetta for curing.
I think I'm in love with a machine..

They are definitely a quality machine!

A giant step up from a foodsaver.

But then do you remember the seal-a-meals!

FoodSavers were my first foray into vacuuming, unless you're talking about the hand pumps.
I've gone through 2 FoodSavers in 3 years.
I think the Vacmaster will last. It's built like a tank...
