New User Fontinalis

Hi,

My name is Don J, and I live in upstate NY. Fontinalis is part of the Latin name for Brook Trout, in case you wondered.

Thanks for all the great info shared here, its been a great help to me.

Using a homemade concrete block and steel smoker and looking for help tuning it. Only been doing this for a year so probably don't have too much to offer yet, but will share my experiences if it might be helpful.

I posted a question already in the Wood Smoker forum about making this smoker more efficient with wood.
