What kind of wood are you planning on burning in that firebox? Locally sourced or?
I had some splits of hickory for that cook. But I need to find a good source still. We used to have a place here but they dont carry anything like that anymore

Look for orchards and see if you can source some wood from fruit tree trimmings. Cottonwood also works well it’s just ashy and burns fast, makes delicious meat though.

Yep, I figured ill be keeping my eys and ears open for that for sure
 
Those chicken thighs, ribs and sausage look killer!! You obviously know how to run that beast. It looks like it is well balanced and shouldn't be too hard to move around. Fun days ahead cooking on that smoker. Congrats on the purchase.
