New toy arrived.

And I can't wait to use it. Thanks to some Amazon cash I was gifted, I decided I needed a wok burner, so here it is. 45k btu jet burner in all it's still somewhat packaged glory.

Only question is what do I make to break it in?

Sweet! Whatever you decide on making I want to see/hear the success and learning experience. I myself would probably look at doing pepper seat followed by fried rice.

Ran a test run on it for dinner. Didn't get any action shots as things moved a lot quicker than expected...incredible the difference in cook times with a proper burner.

Anyways, did a copycat version of Panda Express' Beijing Beef, using a recipe from STCG. Here's the completed shot, was pretty good, just need to adjust for and get used to the faster cooking times and this may be the best little gadget I've bought in years.

Oh there you go. I forgot about Beijing Beef from Panda Express, that is one of my favorites. I just ate lunch not too long ago and now I'm hungry again looking at this
