Found this countertop machine that heats up to 1550 degrees F to sear stuff. Works great, made by Kalorik.

Thanks. The insulators just kind of pick up in the woods, etc.

Nice toy but no counter space for me either, I'd have a air fryer before that if I had the space, and I don't. Besides, I like to sear with my weed torch, way more fun when playing with fire! RAY

My do almost everything counter top oven. Has air fry.
