Hello all! I am new to the forums and wanted to introduce myself.
I live in Texas and have always loved Texas style brisket, beef and pork ribs, and chicken. I am really interested in learning new techniques and hope to really improve my own cooking.

I'm very envious that you're in Texas - I'm a huge fan of the low-and-slow style of cooking and am early in my journey. I've just cooked my first brisket this past weekend!
