I use the multi use Corral Hollow BBQ that has all 4 types of cooking.  Did a large Brisket (12 Hours) last week and at the same time a pork butt.  Smoked for 8 house and then moved it to the gas side to finish.  I now have the rub recipe and plan to use it on the next

time i smoke meat
