New to the smoking world from CT.....

Received a Masterbuilt propane smoker for a Christmas present.  I learned how to cook in the firehouse and have been cooking and grilling for years.  I have never attempted to smoke any kinds of food but I can't wait to try it. I don't know the first thing about it and have just been doing a lot of reading since I got my cooker. This looks like a great place to start!!!

Welcome to the group fireman03!  Congrats on that new Masterbuilt!  You'll find that this is a great place to share ideas on smoking, grilling, etc.  There are plenty of folks here who genuinely enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
