New to the Smoking Meat Forum

Hello, I am from not so sunny southern California. I have been smoking meat for years now. However, every time I do it I learn something new. I have an upright, 4 rack Oklahoma Joe charcole/wood smoker. I started smoking some beef jerky about an hour ago and the rain started again. Lol. It will still get done. I look forward to reading all your posts.
