New to the site and exited to be here

Hey guys and gals, I just found this site and happy to join. Looks like a lot of good things here. I was wondering if any one knows a good place to buy things like casings, spices, cheeses? I know of LEM, the sausage maker, but was hoping to find something better. Any info greatly appreciated.

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

I get casings from my local butcher and make my own seasoning.

Welcome on over. I forget where you live out right now or i could give some tips on this kinda busi
ness. Try the 25 pound home dry salt gut packs from De weid in San Antone. There is crazy folks who live down there.

Well buy them cheap up here from Central Market. It seems to be the only bargain in the place.
