Hello I am a newbie with a MES40. Tried a pork loin for my first smoke and it turned out ok but did't get a real good smoke rolling through smoker. Looking through the glass door is great but when you don't see smoke rolling like when you season the smoker it is a little bit of a let down. Could I have been loading too many chips or is it practice makes perfect. Looking to a boneless butt next any help would be appreciated thanks
