New to the forum

"Hi" to all. Name is Jerry and home is Encinitas, Kalifornia. I've been smoking for many years, but got out of it for a while. First smoker was an electric Little Chief, puny, but it sort of worked. A couple of years ago, I decided to get back into it and got a propane Masterbuilt. It worked OK, but trying to keep the temperature steady was a chore. I finally got a small Traeger (I live in a condo so the small Junior Elite was all I could get) and totally love it. Would love to get a bigger one, but... I also have a twin brother in Placerville, ID and we are swapping recipes all the time, always trying to out-do each other. He also has a Traeger.
