Howdy folks, I'm new to the forum and, in following the suggested guidelines, would like to introduce myself. I'm a mixed animal veterinarian from eastern Kentucky who loves good BBQ. I guess if I can't save them, I might as well cook 'em. I currently have two electric Masterbuilt smokers, a small homemade offset stick burner and I'm in the process of building the grand daddy 500 gallon reverse flow offset stick burner/ tailgating/ catering rig. I will post pictures as the build takes shape.
