New to the forum

Hi all! I found this site looking to make some mods to my Dyna Glo vertical offset. It's my second smoker after a small vertical water smoker. Just put it together and wanted to make some adjustments. I'm in upstate NY, have had good smokes with pork shoulders, brisket, chicken, pork belly and a few others. Looking forward to trying out my new one after my mods are done.
