New to the "Forum"

Hello Everyone,

My name is Shea and I live in Raymore, MO.  Been smoking meat for about 3 years.  I started out with a Vertical split door Brinkman that my wife gave me and within the last 2 years I acquired a Homemade Reverse flow smoker from a good friend of ours.  I am learning more and more about this smoker everytime i fire it up but have not worked out all the kinks yet and still learning. I has been challenging to figure out but every time the fire burns in it I learn something new.   

My wife bought Jeff's book for me for Father's Day and I use it religiously.  I am an avid smoking meat forum browser and enjoy reading more about different methods, experiments, recipes, etc.  that everyone has to offer.
