Just wanted to drop a line and introduce myself. My name is Craig and reside in Pensacola. Been smoking food for about 5 years now and grilling for quite a spell. I have MES 30" and enjoying it so far. Do have a quick question as I reading through some post and was wondeirng what everyone is referring to when they put "AWNPS". Thanks and hope to put up so good post on using my smoker. I will agree with most that the thermometer on the smoker isnt accurate, but glad I purchased a Mavrick digital when I first got started.
