New to the Forum

Greetings everyone from Middle Tennessee.  I just picked up a custom built smoker that was built by HeartlandSmokers.  I am recently retired and decided that smoking meats and other foods was the job that I thought I would thoroughly enjoy when I grow up.

I look forward to reading the tips and discovering all that this forum has to offer, and hope to contribute from time to time.
