Hello! Just joined hoping to learn more about BBQ as I have decided to do a few competitions and get more serious about it. Currently I use a weber bullet 18.5 and off set brinkman (dont like it). Getting ready to buy another smoker. Deciding between a larger bullet, Traeger, or build a drum. Would love to hear feedback and get thoughts on all of them.
