I'm new to the forum and just wanted to say hello. I've been cooking/grilling/smoking for years on standard and homemade smokers.
Most recently built file cabinet smokers for a couple of friends and Weber Smokey Joe - Mini smoker conversion for myself.
Looking forward to meeting other smokers and learning some new recipes and smoking tips
