Hey everyone! Texas born and bred here!I have a stand up smoker with 5 racks in it that I got about 3 months ago. I've been around my buddy who's been smoking for 20 years or so! He's shared his marinating recipe with me and I've used the smoker twice now with pecan wood. Using peach wood for the first time for my third round of smoking for the fourth of July! I've had nothing but great compliments so far and hope to keep it that way! excited to join this group, keep on smoking gentlemen!!
