Hello, I'm charles from Oklahoma. I enjoy cooking and love grilling but I'm new to smoking, I actually just smoked my first pork butt today and I don't mind admitting it was just terrible lol. I joined the forums to learn all I can about smokers, woods, rubs and everything to do with smoking. Hopefully I can get some advice from some of you experienced smokers. I look forward to chatting with you all.
