How's it going everyone?

I live in Orangeville, Ontario, Canada.
New to smoked meats. Don't have a smoker of yet, intend on building an UBS to start. Just trying get some ideas on how to do so... any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I think you meant to type UDS. It stands for "ugly drum smoker".
