So I have had an electric Cajun injector smoker for about four years. I have never look at recipes (mainly because i have a hard time finding them) but just at the point where im enjoying my food. Lol. Im a single father and would like to learn how to make smoked cheese and smoke meats that will keep for a while. My kids love anything out of the smoker so im kinda doing it for them. Any help is appreciated

Hello, and welcome from East Texas. This is a great site, lots of information and great people that are willing to throw in their two cents worth on about anything.

Smokinsoup-Welcome to SMF. I moved this thread from "Side Items" to "Roll Call". Now that you're a member of the SMF family, you'll find a boatload of recipes that you can build complete menus from. As has been pointed out, the Search Bar at the top of the page is your friend. Also you'll find subforums of nearly every type meat as well as vegetables and side items.

Enjoy the Smoke!
