New to smoking

Hello everyone,

I live in Northeast Ohio and am just starting into the world of smoking meats, I used this forum to help make my decision on which smoker to purchase to start with. I chose the Brinkmann Smoke and Grill. I have done ribs, chicken, and a roast so far with decent luck but want to learn more in hopes of becoming much better. This forum seems to be full of people willing to share their wealth of knowledge and I hope to be able to help someone like me when I get better.
