New to smoking meat forum

Hello everyone my name is Marty
I just really started to get into smoking
Meat I have smoked a couple of briskets but nothing other than that early this weekend i'll try smoking a couple of chickens I have a single door Cajun injector smoker that will use pellets or wood. I'm from Texas DFW area and hope to be chatting with you all soon
