New to Smoking meat forum

  1. Howdy My name is Ed Hopper. I live in Albuquerque New Mexico. I bought a Horizon Offset Wood smoker a couple years ago and have been doing pretty good at smoking. I like Ribs and Chicken quarters best for the moment. But I do want to try Pulled pork. I like to use Mesquite and Hickory most of the time. Well I guess thats all for now Later Ed
