I enjoy food and love cooking indoors and out. The work I'm in kind of lends to that. I've just started real smoking. Coming across a like new, free Char Broil propane smoker helped. I've made a few ok attempts so I figured I'd look for some direction. Whole chicken and chicken hips turned out great. Ribs just ok, I do them better on my tried and true drum grill. I also did cheese and after 10 days it's still a little harsh so I'm still waiting on that. I think this site is great and very informative.
