new to smoking in elyria ohio

hi all my name is john and im from north east ohio i bought a cajun injector electric smoker and found this sight ive had my smoker all of 1 day and i already smoked a london broil, turkey breast and some peppers. heres a little about me im a paramedic instructor and i also do shipping and reciving big fan of beer and wine both drinking and making and l also into guns cars fishing and camping
