New to smoking from St. Louis

Hi all!

We're a husband and wife attempting to smoke for the first time!! My husband, Dan is the cook in the family, I'm the assistant! We live in St. Louis with our brood of dogs and cats.

We're using a Masterbuilt Electric Smoker, JMSS series. We are big fans of grilling, and cooking in general but smoking is new to us!
