New to smoking from KY

Hey folks, my name is Sam and I just started learning to cook with a smoker! A couple of years a ago a co worker gave me a brinkmann gourmet smoker, and I hadn't used it until,last week. I cooked up a couple of Boston butts that turned out amazing and now I'm hooked! I have chicken quarters smokin right now and I can't wait!!!!
