Hi Folks,
I'm fairly new to smoking, I decided to give it a go as I was fed up with BBQs and liked the speed of smoking i.e. hours rather minutes of BBQing.
I've opted to GMG Davy Crockett. So far have tried pork ribs, which turned out well, and a lrge lamb joint that turned out quite badly if I'm being honest but I'm not sure where I went wrong the lamb joint.
I'm UK based (London).
Thanks and if there's anything I should put in this intro post that I've missed please let me know.
Thanks

Hi there and welcome!

It is all a learning process so don't worry.
Also know that if you don't get a lot of replies to your roll call post it may be because the website is misbehaving. Unless you know how to magically navigate things like I do you may end up trying to reply to a post but you are "logged out".

Stick to using the Forums->Your Activity and Forums->New Posts links and you should remain logged in and able to browse and reply at will :)

Good morning and welcome to the forum from a nice chilly sunny day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.

The UK Smokers Group Is where UK members can ask and share information that is unique to smoking and curing in the UK and does not obviously fit into any of the main forum categories.
