Hello everyone,
My name is Butch, I live in the Upstate of SC USA, and I am completely new to que smoking. I am 49, on disability and since I love smoked BBQ and have nothing but time, why not try my hand at it. I am looking for any and all advice as to how to get started, i.e. what to do, what not to do, what type of smoker to start with, so on and so forth. I would love to, at some point, maybe even start my own little roadside que stand eventually, but that all depends obviously, on whether or not I have any smoking skills to hone or not. I look forward to hearing from all of you seasoned (see what I did there) smoker's and learning everything that I possibly can. Thank you all in advance.
