Hi my name is Ken. I found SMF recently and it looks like a great place to get some ideas and advice for my new smoker. I started retrofitting what I think was a "warm food holder" from a McDonald's that was closed. I started and realized I didn't know enough to make it into a good smoker. I am really into sausage making and would like to move from fresh to smoked. I live in Thomasville, GA. Look forward to posting some pictures in the future and getting some creative ideas. Thanks.
