I just recently purchased a masterbuilt smoker and for the smokers first initial voyage. I want to smoke a beef brisket because its my wife's favorite smoked meat. I prefer pork spare ribs. I was born and raised in SC but I reside in Omaha, NE. Growing up in SC pulled pork was king. I'm looking forward to learn as much as I can from you folks.
