New to Group

Hi ya...

down in Cape Coral, FLA...been smoking for about 10 years with a gas vertical smoker. Just bought a new Smoke Hollow 4 in one (infared, gas grill, charcoal grill and firebox). Breaking it in by smoking a 15 pound pork butt. 

Right off the bat, I see too much smoke sneaking out around the door, so will be putting some sort of gasket around to trap it. Way too much smoke sneaking off for my liking.

Anyhoo...hope to learn more here.
