Just joined and wanted to introduce myself, I’m 26, I live in Kansas City with a crappy little 15 dollar charcoal grill (also have an older brinkman electric smoker but I honestly prefer my grill lol) I had done some “traditional” grilling in the past but I have just recently gotten into low and slow and loving it. So far I’ve smoked a Boston butt for pulled pork, a cheese dip with rotel and breakfast sausage, kielbasa, Italian sausage, country ribs, a pork loin, and I cold smoked a block of cheese, looking forward to doing much more as it begins to cool off (been 90+ degrees most days) and I’ll be sure to share it, here are a few pics of my loin and butt (yes I did finish them in the crock pot after resting in fridge) and my cheese dip for anyone who is interested :D
