Hi I m from Delaware and do living history and reenactment of the 18th century. Wanted to experience food preservation like they would have done back then. Felt it would better my impression. Plus I love smoked food!

Thanks guys ! Looking forward to being a part of the forum. I am in the process of making a wooden smoking box and trying to make a permanent fire box. I am gonna have to do some more research into designs. But it has to have a primitive feel. An 18 th century feel hopefully [emoji]128516[/emoji]

Good morning and welcome to the forum from a chilly and cloudy day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web.                      Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.
