I am someone loves to cook as a hobby. I have smoked many different things cheese, turkeys, fish, chicken, made bacon and many say I have the best pulled pork they have ever had. I am always looking for new recipes and tips. I mostly use a Bradley electric smoker. I am planning on doing more charcoal and wood smoking this year. I am looking forward to making some friends on here and sharing tips and recipes. Keep smokin. Smokinsegar
