Hi All,

This is my first post to "check-in" if you will. I hail from Alabama and have spent several years grilling. I feel I know my way around grilling a great deal more than smoking. Currently, I have been using the indirect 2-zone method for smoking meat using my char-broil charcoal grill. I plan on buying a new real-deal smoker soon, and am in need of help deciding what to buy. I'm working with a tighter budget and have considered a build with something like the Big Poppa UDS system.

Look forward to learning a lot and smoking great meat.
