new to forum and to smoking

My name is steve and my wife and I live about halfway between knoxville and chattanooga tn. we got our Lang smoker a 36" hybrid patio model abou 3 weeks ago. we have already done 4 smokes with it and we both love doing the work together plus the social part that comes with the smoking process. I know there is much to learn but this is a good place to start learning.

Hi Steve.  Welcome to the forum.  I'm a Chattanooga transplant myself.  You must be from somewhere in the Athens area.  I got a lot of family in Bradely Co..  Anyway, you found a good place.  Lots of good experience here.
