New Smoker

Hi im from Alberta Canada, I have a small broil king vertical smoker. But I am currently converting an old fridge to a smoker. Ill have 7 shelves in the smoker 1 will be for the drip pan. I am using 14" long 1 1/2" by 1 1/2" angle iron for the shelves ill weld to the sides. For the racks ill have 14" by 18" 3/4 9 gauge expanded metal with rolled steel to the give the expanded metal more support. I am changing out all the insulation to newer stuff. I will be using a smoke daddy pellet pro hooper
