Hello Pappy and welcome to SMF, Cruise the forums and ask lots of questions. The knowledge is extensive here and learning is easy with all the friendly help. What have you been doing for smoking, or what is the next project?

Smoked some chicken wings last weekend with some Jamaican rub and hickory wood. This weekend thinking a bacon wrapped pork loin or a fatty.
