New Smoker! w/Qview

Well, I went and got me a new smoker Tuesday.

Where it began.


Found it!


Out the Door!


Put Together.


Slight modification. Added 12" S/S 3/8" gas Line to hose connection on burner.



Seasoning



Hope to ad some real Qview(with food) this weekend. Will probably christen wtih a Fatty and Chicken

Welcome to the GOSM crowd. Uh, I have a question about your first picture, the one with the store. What's that above the store? I've heard of clearing skies, but we don't see them until June, it seems like, then they're gone by the end of July.

That above the store, is known as an Alabama winter sky! BTW they are not all that common this time of year.

Also, it is a Smoke Vault 24"
