well, i found this forum from a friend who told me about it. all i can say is WOW!. unbelieveable information. bought myself a masterbuilt 30 electric smoker from Cabelas thanksgiving morning. its getting delivered tomorrow. cant wait. doing pork butt for pulled pork and ribs this weekend. i cant wait to do a fattie and some chicken wings. i live where we get all 4 seasons. love it.
