New Smoker - Hi All

I recently picked up a Masterbuilt Gas Smoker. I've done a beef brisket, pulled pork, sausage, and beans. They all turned out surprisingly well for my first time. I've never smoked before and the family and friends were all happy with the outcome.

I enjoy browsing the threads and I LOVE the willingness of you all to help with the questions I've had. Hopefully some day I can be one of the members that can actually help newbies, rather than be one. :)
